Agave Naples’ Better Mexican rolls out fresh menu for the new year featuring locally sourced ingredients from Mikes U Pick Farm and other SWFL farms. Agave is focusing on keeping "local farm to fork fare" a staple within their restaurant to support the local community and give back to businesses in the area.
The fresh menu items will highlight authentic dishes with an elevated twist serving up unique plates such as Mexican street corn accompanied with savory cornbread pudding and topped with creamy cotija cheese. An heirloom tomato salad, made with tomatoes sourced from Harrington’s Heirloom Tomatoes in Punta Gorda, topped with pickled corn, fresh lime and avocado. New tacos including a juicy carne asada steak taco served inside handmade tortillas filled with fried queso and fresh roasted salsa roja.
