(April 23 ,2019) – Norris Furniture & Interiors’ award-winning designers Luanza Maitland and Sydney Leigh Warren completed the interior design for St. Kitts, Florida Lifestyle Home’s newest model at Quail West Golf & Country Club in North Naples. St. Kitts offers four bedrooms, four full baths plus a powder bath, study, extended lanai and four-car garage all included in 8,191 square feet. The selling price of the home is $3,900,000.

Sophisticated flooring became the design inspiration for the model highlighting the watercolor look with misty gray-blue gradation and shifting sand tones on the oversized tiles. The color palette evokes the feeling of a watercolor painting with touches of silver, gray, soft blues, teals and charcoal for balance. The watercolor theme follows in the sheer hand-painted drapes adorning the great room and dining areas. The great room incorporates function and form with its eye-catching built-in entertainment center and fashionable, custom sofas. Abstract, textural metal artwork hangs throughout the home bringing a modern element to the design. The dining area details include a luxury buffet with mirrored storage, seating for eight around a lustrous rectangular table and chic lighting.
Soft gray tones continue in the master suite with sheer drapery and pops of deep charcoal. The master is a luxury retreat with a tufted linen headboard, elegant chandelier and sleek chaise lounge at the foot of the bed, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the remarkable outdoor views. Floor to ceiling glass doors transition to the extended lanai with multi-level living areas. An outdoor kitchen and dining area enhances the lavish outdoor space.
